Shipments and returns

We carry the vast majority of our faster selling online products in stock, and we endevour to dispatch them the same or next day of receiving your order. However, because our product range is so large and diverse, certain items may have to be "ordered in" from our suppliers which usually takes no more than 3-7 days in most cases. For items such as Lawn bowls, for example, sometimes these are made to special order by the manufacturers, but you will always be advised of an approximate delivery date.

Your order is very important to us, so if there is going to be any undue delay we will contact you ASAP. We generally use Royal Mail or for heavier items over 4kg UPS
